Christine Clarke, MSc. RCC, brings a long term, genuine commitment to all aspects of her practice and holds sincere respect and compassion for the people that she works for. She has been supporting individuals in making positive change for over fifteen years. This has included addressing concerns such as trauma and abuse, depression and anxiety, substance use, grief and loss, as well as parenting and relationship challenges.

Christine’s approach to client work is collaborative, warm, and authentic. In addition to conventional therapeutic techniques, when appropriate Christine may also integrate progressive and successful approaches such as Somatic and Experiential practices which are supported by current scientific research.

Christine provides holistic mental health support and, in partnership with local and visiting practitioners, supplemental wellness services such as workshops and retreats for people who are seeking to enrich their lives or overcome obstacles. With a mind-body approach to mental health, referrals are made as necessary to improve whole self care outcomes and increase your overall health and well- being.

With a Master of Science degree specializing in Clinical Mental Health Counselling and as a professional member of the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC), Christine is an approved provider for many extended health insurance plans and assistance programs.
